β β β β β This a serene place so you can relax easily once you get home. It has the facilities you would expect from condominiums in a smaller scale. However, the lap pool does not get crowded on the weekends.
There is also a mall nearby, the NEX, for your shopping needs. The hawker centre also offers affordable and tasty meals.
Transportation-wise, you can get to the city and most part of Singapore quite easily.

β β β β β Quaint and quiet development with amenities at Nex, Serangoon MRT within walkable distance. Not to mention the upcoming Woodleigh mall, new park at Bidadari, hawker centre are just a few bus stops and blocks away in future!

β β β β β Live here now. Location is ok, can walk to MRT and the NEX under shelter most of way. HDB sports complex next door can be a bit loud. Very nice pool, but the gym is a joke.
Not sure why, but common area repairs take a very long time. A number of shattered tiles have been roped off since I have lived here and there are ongoing issues with the foundation sand seeping out between tiles in common areas outside. No recycle bins in the blocks.
Bottom line, ok place to rent, but would not buy.
Update: Over a year later and the common area tile situation has not been resolved. In fact it is getting worse, especially when it rains. Downgrading to 3 stars from 4.
