★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been staying here for almost a year and frequently visits the management office for bookings of facilities. I witnessed a few incidents whereby staffs were being screamed at and threatened. I hope the residents here will realise that they are human beings too and not your punching bag where you can vent out anytime you want. Hope this msg is a reminder to all of us to respect others as how we want others to respect us.

2 basements for car parking. (Visitors to park in B2)
Good location, walking distance to serangoon mrt and NEX mall. Very convenient as you easily buy groceries from nex fairprice xtra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location (NEX shopping mall, Serangoon MRT with NorthEast and Circle lines, Bus Interchange).
Great amenities - Community Centre (watched world cup there), library, food places, cinemas, 2 NTUCs, Cold Storage, etc)
Yet a quiet dwelling aside from the mainstream crowd.
Lots of greens within the condo altho the land area is a bit small, but pool is great.
Enjoyed my short stay there.
