There is a 100% muslim owned Rojak stall that does it right. He uses traditional ingredients that many others don't use these days. Ingredients used are fresh and the rojak paste is done ala minute. Highly recommended. You can have your meal at Syed Cafe and order from him. Highly recommended. Excuse the pic. Don't look too good because I was half way through the dish when I decided that I should tell people about this stall.

The special part of this version of mee pok is the ingredients. Quite a decent amount of ingredients. Prawn comes with the $5.50 version and is nice and springy. Noodles are pretty ordinary. Would have preferred it to be a bit cheaper

It is confusing. I looked at the photos seems there may be a few stalls with same name here. Tried the one right at the entrance of the car park. Not good. The cooks are not local. Took a walk around after eating. There were 2 other shops same name. I suspect I went to the wrong shop

We ordered both Mee Pok & Mee Kia small portion, cost us $? ???? ????. ⁣ It is made up of ?????? ????, ??? ???? ????, ??? ???????? ??? ?????? ?? ????????. The soup was served hot. The flavor was quite good. We loved it. Personally, I enjoy spicy food, but the chilli sauce was out of this world. Spicy with a powerful punch. ⁣ The texture of the Mee Kia was unsatisfactory. It was served soggy, with the noodles sticking together in a clump. In terms of flavor, it's simply spicy. It's not very enjoyable. Personally, I don’t appreciate Mee Pok, but my partner said it wasn't too bad. He said it was better than Mee Kia.⁣ ⁣ I will probably not return again for this. As I tasted way better Mee Kia than this.

Nice place to have Meepok here. I ordered the $5. Comes. The bowl comes with fishball, meatball, 2 prawns and lots of minced meat and some meat slices. Not the best of the best but better than some of the places out there. The soup is tasty. Even at off peak hours, they do have a flow of customers buying Meepok to either dine in or takeaway. They have call to order number, 89302539. With 3 staff manning the stall, perhaps the reason their Meepok starts from $5 onwards to large bowl at $7.

Simpang Bedok is unusual in that there are 3 excellent Bak Chor Mee stalls in the same location. Two of them have the same name, one in a shophouse, the other as a stall in a corner shop house. This stall offers delicious Bak Chor Mee with fresh fishball noodles and they open really early at 6:30 AM. It is a must visit for all Bak Chor Mee lovers.

The large bak chor mee ($7) was not bad. There was quite a bit of ingredients (minced meat, fishballs, meat balls, prawns). Flavour wise was ok. Mee pok texture was fine. Didn’t have much vinegar flavour though.

Not worth the queue. Other places are nicer. Ordered the $6 fishball noodles and fish dumplings soup. The taste of the fishball noodles is average. The fish dumplings not tasty, I have tried better ones.
