โ โ โ โ โ Attended on 4 July 2021 evening by an extremely rude and ungracious female staff who does not seem to be educated in the slightest bit about customer service. From her accent, she's probably a Chinese national. Her reply to my query was curt, self-righteous, and not at all helpful. She is more interested in tidying the shelves than attending to paying customers. She should go work in a warehouse instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Discount Japanese goods store. I really like this place for little home improvement things that make life easier, in general of a better quality than other import stores. I also like their selection of italian mason jars, super quality and best price! although last time I was here they were out. Stock up on sales of masks and wet wipes.

โ โ โ โ โ Similar product types as the larger Japanese chains Daiso and Don Donki, this Japan home shop is a neighborhood- sized store primarily focused on home items, and everyday needs: water bottles, cleaning supplies, self care products and a small but nice snack section with some good options. I found vegetarian pork ramen. Not easy to find in most stores. This ship makes a great japanese alternative to other discount stores - without the crowds of the discount superstores.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a wall clock at the Suntec City outlet and it stopped working after 1 month. That's a very expensive depreciation of $10 per month. Will never buy any electronics from Japan Home anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ We bought the wrong item and immediately notified the staff. They rudely informed us โno refund, no refundโ and wouldnโt allow us to exchange for the item we wanted. Horrible business practice and will not have my custom again.
