Shopping experience at Jarrons & co was fantastic. Nice to see best branded cribs with plenty of models. I have Ordered Micuna sweet bear and it was delivered much earlier than expected! Smooth delivery and we are very happy with the product. Keep up the great work. I strongly recommend Jarrons & co for Singapore residents who are looking to buy top branded baby products at affordable price.

bought a used cot and had to purchase a replacement mattress. the info on the cot was misleading.... some suggested length and wide was stated on a label, that was sticked to the cot base. but the info was completely incorrect, creating confusion on the correct mattress size. i was served by Jun Xian and he was very helpful... answer all my queries and i am very satisfied with his customer service attitude..... i had some other issues in the assemby of the cot as well.. he managed to provide the answers or solutions. keep up the good service. as for the product misinformation, i made a few suggestions and hopefully the management will consider.

I had a very unpleasant experience buying a Rovo Buggy from Jarrons & Co. The communication (or the lack of it) was so poorly managed, from order, delivery, assembly and after sales support which was so unreliable to the point where I had to deal with the factory in Germany directly. The Rovo Buggy that was delivered to me was manufactured in 2017 (4 year old stock). If I could turn back time I would definitely consider other ergo chair for my child. Good luck if you are buying from them.

Bought a baby cot from Jarrons & Co on 11.11 via Lazada. But I have not received the cot till date. (Note: This is not a pre-order purchase.) Here’s the full story: On 18 Nov 2021, I received text from company to enquire about my preferred period of cot delivery and EDD date. My EDD is 27 Jan 2022 and that I would like the cot delivered within first 2 weeks of Jan. Company acknowledged my preferences, but did not inform me anything about delayed shipment. On 28 Dec 2021, I texted the company to remind them to deliver the cot within next 2 weeks. However, they replied and said the shipment is delayed and will only arrive in 3rd week of Jan?! I reminded that 3rd week is way too close to my EDD date, but they said there's a chance that the shipment may arrive earlier than 3rd week. On 8 Jan 2022, I texted the company again to confirm if the cot can be delivered in the 2nd week. He said no, and offered a loan cot if my baby arrives before the cot. While I appreciated the gesture, I did not like this arrangement as I have made the order long ago. Today (19 Jan 2022) is in the mid 3rd week of Jan, yet I still did not receive any updates from the company. So I texted them again to check on the shipment status and was told the shipment has been further delayed to 30 Jan 2022 (after my EDD)! Throughout the entire process, I felt the company was not pro-active in providing me with updates and solutions. I had to keep chasing them. Other than being unreliable, I also find that the company is dishonest and not trustworthy: 1) Shopee review buyer (who purchased the exact same cot as me on the same day) had her cot was delivered to her on 18 Dec 2021. So why was mine so delayed? Moreover, she was also informed about the delayed shipment and hence, she had adequate time to buy from another seller if she did not accept the delay. Why was I not told? 2) Jarrons' website now states that for order for the same cot, the current ETA is early Feb 2022 (and not 30 Jan 2022). I am guessing the company is planning to tell me that shipment will be 'delayed further' when 30 Jan 2022 comes. Now, just a week before my due date, I have to look for alternative sellers and hope to get a new cot before my baby comes. == Update to above 19 Jan 2022 review == An hour after I’ve written the initial review, the company called me to inform that there are stocks arriving from Malaysia. They have delivered my cot on 22 Jan 2022. To be fair, I have also bought other non-cot items from Jarrons & Co and never had any issues. Delivery for these goods were prompt and price/quality is good. Perhaps this is just one-off mishandled order.

Have bought a few items from Jarrons & Co. Generally, they have very attractive prices on what they sell, but I would advise prospective buyers not to buy any bulky or time-sensitive items from here e.g. Baby cots. Delays are common (as can be seen from the other reviews), and the company doesn't proactively provide updates if the items are delayed. Not sure if it's due to a process issue, or the staff being over-stretched. Right now going through what is in retrospect a comedic series of missteps by the company. 1. Wrong item was delivered to my house. 2. After contacting the company, rep arranged for replacement item to be delivered for 1-1 exchange on a specific day. 3. When I contacted the coy rep to confirm on the day before the scheduled delivery, we realised that they had recorded the wrong delivery date. Lucky we called to confirm. 4. On day of delivery, driver called to ask whether I was at home. Turned out he was on the opposite end of the island; poor guy was given the wrong address, even though we had earlier re-confirmed our address with the company rep. Driver is on the way over now. Hope he reaches here by today, as promised.
