★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at Jean Yip. Bought an IPL package at one of the branches and never enjoyed a single restful visit. Rather than providing a comfortable and positive experience for the customer, beautician pressures hard at every appointment to sign up for more packages and face turns sour upon my rejections. Hard selling tactics is a big turn off.
What a shame for a supposedly well-known local establishment!
Will not recommend this company unless they improve on their business ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the 1st time to experience bad counter service at this RC outlet. But this is one of the worst ! 19/12/2020 10.46am to 10.59am call to RC outlet. Bad counter service when call in with 4 times hanging up on phone when ask me to hold on. Seems like, "please" and "thank you" is also not in JY training vocab! Finally when get to speak to manicurist she say they are all busy that explain when they put down/hang the phone on customer cos no time to answer. JY, maybe time to let go of non customer-centric staff and get new ones who appreciate their work. For me, just want to quickly finish my package and move on....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the price is extremely not reasonable, I went to JB paradigm mall branch for a 1st time simple facial treatment and it costed RM550. After the treatment is done, they offered me the same treatment at only RM189 (same treatment with package) which I realised I spent RM550 for a treatment which only worth RM180 ??
