โ โ โ โ โ 13 July 2022 was at Jean Yip AMK with Lulu. She's very responsible as she ensures that she wahes my hair thoroughly. She also make sure that I have enough towel when I'm in the massage room. And also love her massage too ? Thanks to her, I had a great experience at JY?

โ โ โ โ โ Be careful of staff trying to hard sell. I was having my hair cut and unfortunately they hard sell to my bf who was footing the bill and bought hair products that were useless to me.
I find staff manipulative because firstly my hair was criticised in front of my bf. So that she could create an impression in front of my bf that I needed hair products.
I'm really disappointed with their service and that's my last time with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Veronโs skill level whilst treating my hair was on another level. Her hair wash service let me feel relaxed, massages during the hair spa were amazingly done. Absolutely 0 complains to be made.

โ โ โ โ โ I come here for regular hair spa. Love the service, especially by my favourite therapist Lulu. A wonderful way to pamper myself with a loong head and shoulder massage and hair wash. With time, my hair has become better, so highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been doing my hair spa treatment with Jean Yip AMK for 3 years now and I've been nothing but happy with the service that Ezeling and Veron has provided me. Friendly and never pushy. They have asked me to buy packages - but never more than what I needed. Even if I said no, they still gave me topnotch service. I've had many hair issues but with the recommendations from them it's gotten progressively better with time. I do wanna add that the salon is really due for a refurbishment - it's quite dated and the walls are quite stained. Many of the chairs are also broken.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been having my hair treatment at AMK branch for the past 2 years. After first few trials with 2 therapists, I was totally sold by the service given by Veron.
My sessions with her have always been relaxed and she makes an effort to ensure my treatments are comfortable.
Thankfully treatment room chairs have changed as they were not very comfortable during treatment due to the angle.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for a treatment with my gf, for 28 dollar. Then i was introduce an add on for better absorbing the nutrition after the treatment for 58 dollar. However,after i finish the treament then i realized that the add on is just a small bottle of serum, after my gf finish her treament she asked for the price for the whole bottle of that serum and realizes is selling at 136 which can last six month.?.
Hence after that i feel that i have gotten cheated?. For the rest who gonna visit the jean yip for the 28 treatment 6 element. Beware of the add on.
