Worst haircut experience in my life. First time I visited is still fine, although they keep persuade me to join member with $10 so I can enjoy $2 haircut in one year, but sound like ok to me, so I sign up the membership eventually. But the second time I visited, everything is different, they really provide a $2 haircut, however it totally not even worth for $2, the attitude and skill of the chinese accent barber (male) was extremely terrible, he done the haircut in less than 3 minutes, both side of my hair is not evenly cut, the top and the back of my hair is almost same before I having the haircut, I request him to do it properly again, and he said there will be an extra charge. Seriously? What kind of shop will provide haircut service like this, and now I need to go to another shop to fix my hair again. If you feel $2 is so less to make profit, then just dont promote this kind of deal to customer, wasted my $10 to join the member. And I just realised a lot of people having unpleasant experience in this shop, next time should read the review first, will never going to visit to shop again.

Got my haircut 2 days ago and it was terrible! Told him not to cut too short but he cut it so short! And worse, My hair was uneven! Right side is shorter than left side! And some hairs are not even level! SO DISAPPOINTING!

Worse salon I've ever been to. Worse haircut by a barber I've had in my life. The barber can't cut a hairstyle even though I showed him a picture. Kept on jamming his tip of the scissors into my head too. Worst customer service I've ever had. Customer service spoke with such a heavy Chinese accent I couldn't decipher what they said. DO NOT, in fact, NEVER go to this hair salon to get your hair cut people. The barber who cut my hair needs to be sent back to barber school to relearn how to cut proper haircuts. This place is a joke. NEVER go there, ever!

literally the worst salon i ever went to. The barber started out by jabbing the shaver into my head like fencing an opponent. The whole hair cut took only 2 min and he messed my sides so badly and i cant go to another barber shop to amend coz I asked for 1mm haircut. One side is more uneven than the other. Asked him to amend my back and he say “nevermind, after you wash your head, it will be neater.” So unprofessional. Even though its $5 i expect a decent haircut. This haircut is not even worth my money. Wouldnt go there ever again.

Regret not reading this before walking in. Ky hair was about 3" below shoulders. Asked for a cut slightly above shoulders and even showed him a photo of my previous cut. He ended up cutting 2" above shoulders into a bob style, and it cannot be tied. Did not even bother to ask if the length of his first cut was what i wanted.. by the time he reached the front and i saw the short bob, i was in shock. But too late. Do not be attracted by $5 low fee. Go elsewhere! Or you will be sad for few months till your hair grows.

It is cheap when u paid 10 dollars to join as member. But always an unpleasant experience when I had my haircut there. They will try to hard sell their scalp scanning services, and if u r not keen, be prepared to be insulted for the rest of the haircut. Very bad attitude. Also the quality of the cut is very bad. Very uneven and sloppy. Not even worth the 2 dollars.

Worst salon i've ever went to. Do not come here! Lady likes to hard-sell a lot and is insulting. She offered me the $200 treatment and when I denied multiple times she said repeatedly "Your hair will drop off, you okay ah?" and even told me i have a lot of dandruff with a disgusted face. In the end I paid $50 for a bad haircut and wash. Please learn proper manners and etiquette or you will lose your business.

Recently changed many of the staff members there. They don't try to sell stuff to you anymore (I've been there twice since the staff change, and so far no gimmicks). Got the membership for 2$ haircuts for the longest time, as good as 10$ ones. If u don't care about service and just want a fast cut, this is the place
