Wai San is a responsible consultant who puts me as ease whenever I come to Jean Yip Loft. She is friendly and personable. She recommends packages that are useful to me and often shares promotions that I may be interested in. Wai San is responsible in following up on my appointments and looks out for me. I am very impressed with her services. Angel is one of the best beautician at Jean Yip Loft. She is skilled, meticulous and passionate about doing the best for her customers. She upgrades her skills and she is very good with extraction. She is also friendly.

Florence is the best massage therapist at Jean Yip Loft. I came for massage on various occasions with issues ranging from stiff neck, shoulder pain, back pain, muscle pain, swollen ankle, leg pain and cycling related muscle stiffness and pain. She was able to handle all of them with great professionalism and genuine care. She demonstrated a range of different massage techniques adaptable to the situation. It appears to me that she is a person who loves her job and who would not hesitate to go the extra mile for her customers to feel better after massage. She does so with great professionalism and respect.I like her very easy going and cheerful spirit, she is always positive and encourages others to be positive too. I strongly recommend her for any type of massage and treatment and cyclists won't be disappointed. She is a very hardworking girls and is a rare jem. I am grateful to have her as my massage therapist. Florence really deserves a promotion. Wai San is a cheerful lady who is always trying to retain her customers. She is friendly and shows professionalism in her work. She seems to understand customer's needs and budget and tries to find ways to balance both sides - her sales objectives and customer's needs. I appreciate the fact that she takes time to actively look through all her client's appointment to ensure they get some slots for the month. She is proactive in that and will try her best to accommodate adhoc requests. I also noticed that she won't be pushy in pushing for sales when she understands customer's situation. I hope it remains this way so as client do not feel overwhelmed. I recommend Wai San for finding the most suitable massage plan and taking good care of customers.

The poor reviews here are consistent with our experience. We thought that the prices and treatments we were given were not transparent and their hard sell methods totally ruined our experience. We had to top up another $150 on top of our package for our facial this time and the manager was persistent throughout to have us top up for another package. The whole facial experience leaves a lot to be desired. The session was uncomfortable and the facial consultants were chatting loudly outside the corridor. The neck and shoulder massage left us with sore necks and arms for the next couple of days. The experience and the attitude of the staff are not up to expectations and we definitely would not like to go back again.

Yanping is the best ever masseuse I have ever came across within JeanYip loft. With her extensive experience, I enjoyed the whole massage session. Really appreciated her excellent service for the past years. Furthermore, my husband also enjoyed Yali’s skilful service as well.

My friendly Consultant, Wai San is a friendly, approachable & caring person. I’m touch by the way she goes all the way out to make sure that I won’t be hungry before I do any treatment.
