Ambience at this outlet is pleasant, with sufficient natural light to provide a comfortable environment.

I’ve taken scalp treatments since one year ago and I really satisfy the service and their products. I can see the result so I continue taking the services :) I’ve got so may baby hairs and can feel that my hair is getting stronger! As my scalp is oily type, it’s important to maintain the good condition. I am also using their shampoo at home and it really helps to keep the good condition of my scalp. In addition, the staffs are very friendly and kind. Especially thanks to Chloe, Evon and Sophia for excellent works :) I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been with Oriental for 4.5 years, and I transferred from another outlet to Loft in 2020. I must say that the service here is super amazing. The loft outlet is spacious and relaxing. The receptionist Sophie has great taste for music and I always end up downloading all the songs on her playlist. She is also thoughtful and considerate in her phone reminders. Mandy, my consultant, is authentic and always offer me the best scalp advice and package. I keep coming back for more services, because I feel at home here! She makes it a point to connect with me at a personal level, to understand my preferences and hobbies. I’m usually served by my 2 favourite therapists, Sherina and Nikki. They are consistently attentive and thorough in their work. They do beyond what is required of them, and I really enjoy the scalp and neck massage! My impression of Jean Yip and Oriental has changed for the better since I transferred here and I will keep coming back weekly to support them!
