★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged a full truck load when truck is only 3/4 full with my things. Leftover space stored with their own unused boxes and trolleys. Then claimed is counted as full truck load. Overpriced. Should have gone for fixed price package instead of counting by truck load.
Witnessed dropping of wooden side table from the truck to the floor. They proposed to fix the scratches by sanding and polishing but never follow up. Disappointed.
Better alternatives available.

I have just done a big move with Jenny movers and they were great. Within an hour or so, Vincent, the head honcho, was at our place. He gave us a quote on the spot and a few hours later the boxes arrived.
On the day of moving, I thought it would take them two days. They did it in one morning. Nothing broken or damaged and at the new place the went the extra mile removing all the packaging and ensuring evening was placed in the right room.
Really pleased with their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for the great service! I called vincent and he came down the same day to give me a quote. I had to move last minute and the movers came the next day to help with packing. They wrapped my items nicely, nothing was broken, and even gave a hanger rack so that I could just hang and go, no folding needed. Thumbs up and thanks for the great work.
