★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appealing when looking from outside but Horrible place to live ,especially 1st floor units facing road. No proper ventilation in bathrooms and kitchen, lots of cockroaches that jump out of rubbish chute. Dungeon kitchen and rooms. Afternoon sun directly falling on bedrooms. Very Old condo. Not worth renting or buying.

I think this will probably be enough for someone who wants to stay fit and also have a comfortable environment with many people to look for. Plus, it's more green than any HDB flat you see around. So you can get to experience greenery as much as you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Casafina today to view a unit on sale. The development has not aged well and is clearly showing its years. At minimum, repainting the walls may help to give it a much needed refresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casafina is a 99 leasehold condo and the lease starts from 1996, the project is developed by capital land and completed in year 2000. There is a total of 224 units made up by 2,3 & 4 bedroom units. The TOP floor units are maisonettes. Full facilities with bbq area, pool, underground carpark, clubhouse gym tennis court and putting green. Very resort feel with lush greenery. Maintenance has much room for improvement.
