We were served by the “Dynamic Duo”, Shun Li and Desmond. During our first appointment, we were impressed by their friendly interactions. They showed enthusiasm and had great ideas after we proposed our theme. We were presented with a same day quotation. We decided to engage them because of the chemistry we had. During the process of renovation, we were kept updated daily of the progress. They were transparent with every detail and understood our concerns. As they are very experienced and well-coordinated, the whole reno process was smooth sailing. We are extremely happy with the transformation of the house, where we are proud to call it our DREAM HOME. When you engage Jesigns, you're not engaging just 1 designer in a firm. You are engaging a team of professional, yet friendly people who puts their hearts & soul into the project like their own home. They focus on not just the intricacies of the design, but also the functionality and quality. They do not skim or cut corners even when it's a detail that a layman would never find out. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that they produced. My wife and myself had very differening design idelogies, but Jesigns was able to match them and come up with something we both loved. We faced many external issues that hindered the progress of the renovation, such as certain HDB permits taking a long time to approve or neighbours complaining about the noise etc. Jet was relentless in helping us deal with these problems without a single complaint. Some of these were way beyond his job scope but he chipped in just so that we didnt need to stress over them. His professionalism and attention is top-notch. All-in-all, this team covers every single aspect important to a new renovation project: creative design, attention to detail, NO HIDDEN COSTS, quick to solve and handle any problems, and extreme professionalism that puts the idea into reality.

We went with Jesigns because of their affordable costs & quality outcomes after looking around at 6-7 ID firms. Shunli & Royston are very responsive and have helped ensuring our concerns and expectations were met. The best part of the renovation journey was that they managed to deliver the project within the stipulated timeline despite COVID challenges and difficulties thanks to their hard pushing on the ground.

Choosing the right ID was really important to most of us. Handling the whole project to them was really the best decision ever ! Shunli & Desmond are very efficient & can really fully understand what we really wanted. They make us feel safe & we are able to cooperate really well. Very responsive, responsible & reliable. I feel really comfy handling my whole house to them without much worries. I am super detail with every corner of the house. And they manage to really listen and acknowledge my concerns which honestly not every ID does that. They took those concerns seriously and what is important is that they can really handle & settle efficiently nicely without fail. The hardwork and the efforts i see them putting in are really priceless. They really achieve what I totally wanted and thats the whole main point ! I love how the whole team works together hand in hand and how sincere & bubbly they are which honestly I didn’t see this strong teamwork before. If i have the chance to renovate again, no doubt. I signed the renovation project with Jesigns due to Wei Lin. She is so sweet and managed to put up with me through the renovation journey. We had to go through the design drafts at least 15 times over 2 weeks. I must say she was so patient and managed to incorporate our design ideas. She even replied back to my message at 12.40am ;) There was some minor bumps as with any project but it was rectified soon. Jesigns, is very good in making your reno dreams come true. Price point, they are very reasonable. Quality almost there. Service - very good. Overall, you can handover your renovation project without any second thoughts.

Good quality materials, responsible project management & creative design! What's there to say no to Jesigns?! Highly recommend any home owners to engage them as your ID and you definitely won't regret! I had friends who lamented that 3Ds are always "fake", the expectation vs reality always failed them... I almost engaged a second ID after a dispute with the original one, til I came across Jesigns and was immediately drawn and amazed by their creative designs. My friends were amazed by their 3D works during the initial discussions and commented they have the WOW factor unlike most 3Ds. Best part of all, Jesigns lived up and exceeded my expections by the end of the renovation process! ??? Thank you Jesigns team! We have managed to complete our renovation before CB previously. Met up with various companies before we came across Jesigns Interior Design on Facebook and decided to call up for an initial quotation. Our initial impression was that Shun Li looked quite young and we were quite worried if he could manage our renovations and demands. I think we were rather particular clients as we already had a clear vision of how we wanted the house to look like and wanted a designer that could help to execute and give advice that would complement our vision. He was able to sketch out a rough proposal that were in line with our ideas. We then decided to engage Shun Li as his creative ideas are just what we were looking for. Shun Like was always prompt in his replies even late into the night. We made many last min changes along the way which he accommodated without complaints and always with a smile. I think I can safely say that with Shun Li, the renovation process is guaranteed to be a worry-free process. We can count on him to provide solutions for any issues we encountered. He's also willing to listen to our feedback and take them into consideration. If you want a worry-free renovation at an affordable budget to build your dream home.
