Ji De Chi Dessert 記得吃甜品 @ HOUGANG GREEN - 21 Hougang Street 51 Hougang Green Shopping Mall #01-15

Very poor customer service. Visited the place wanting to try their dessert, stood at the counter for 5 mins to place order and no staff (4 of them) bothers to come to us. When we walk out, the staffs seems surprise.

While the dessert is decent, i have the worse experience this evening while collecting my food. I’ve placed an order on grab and went to collect it when it is ready. When i got there, i’ve asked if my order is ready and inform them of my order no. One girl who is slightly plump gave me a frustrated look and ask, WHAT NUMBER? She must have thought that i am a grabfood delivery person. I have seen service staff being impatient and rude to them. It is a major turn off. And i had to wait more than 10 mins to get my order while the app inform me that it is ready. I went in again to ask if it is ready, again, the other girls just said NO. I had to ask how long is the wait. Please dont expect customers to keep going back to check if the order is ready. The professionalism of the staff in this outlet is highly questionable.

Order Mango snow. By right comes with tapioca pearls. When I got home, it was replaced with herbal jelly. When approached staff. She told me “if don’t have we just replace, won’t even inform customers. That’s how we usually do.” Very rude and unprofessional answer. What if I don’t like herbal jelly in the first place? And just imagine if you ordered steak but it ran out and they served you chicken instead but charged you full steak price. How would you feel? Bad experience.

Ordered Mango ice, black sesame paste and yam paste via foodpanda at about 8.30pm. It was delivered within 30 mins! We usually avoid ordering peak hours so the cold dessert will not melt so much. Ji De Chi package was very secure, portion was just nice for individual. Fresh Mango was sour, couldn't eat it. We are happy to have Ji De Chi dessert at home! No need to travel to bugis. Yay! Haha!

Ordered 4 desserts and none of then tasted good. The sesame and almond paste was watered down and tasted bitter. Yam paste was not fragrant, just sweet. Mango glutinous rice tasted of durian. Only the mango sago was decent enough. Will not order again. Utter disappointment

Just ordered 11 items. After the staff are done with preparing, I asked if there’s label, she said no. So I requested for her to write on the box, she said no because it’s cold so she can’t write and wanted us refer to grab. And because we “did not inform them in advance”. Even a normal neighbourhood BBT shop will label, what if someone has allergy to a certain food? Do we open to check and stir their food first? We only stay 5 mins walk away and when we reach home it’s all melted and the taste is bad too. The service and response from the staff is terrible.. But ya…. We had fun guessing…. And 记得不要再吃, never again :’)

Order Yam paste from Grab Food. Delivered very fast & warm. But start to eat & End up taste sour. Try to get the contact of them @ Outlet Hougang Green. But no number can't be found. Wanted to tell them Take Note.How come no number to contact. And up Don't dare to eat & spoil my moody... Disappointed.
