The tingkat dishes were not nice at all, my kids though not picky kind also find that it's not delicious nor tasty at all.. No fragrance at all. Use a lot of canned stuff, cooked very conveniently..Best to buy from the vegetarian store, more worth it

Jessie catering is the only caterer I manage to find that has a 7 days package of confinement food. Totally regretted and I couldn't imagine I still have 5 more days with them :( Food came around 12.15pm, both days the vegetable is yellow, soggy and very salty. Herbal soup has no herbal taste but tastes more like salt soup and very oily. Logan red date is also diluted and too sweet. The first day I had steamed chicken leg without sesame oil or any ginger. NO MENU, NO PROPER INVOICE, NO FOLLOW UP AFTER PAYMENT SENT! I wanted to change my package and let my family have the normal tingkat instead, NO CHANGES IS ALLOWED THEY SAID! Very inflexible, they are not meant to do confinement food! $245 for a 7 days package is seriously overpriced for the food I was given! Very upset :( Go for Natal Essential, they are more authentic when comes to confinement food but they don't have a week package.

Placed a 10 days dinner via their app. They told me it will be delivered between 2 - 4pm and have to be consumed by 6 pm!! I told them it is not friendly for working moms at all...they immediately said they will cancel my order. What a "great" customer service they have... "roll my eyes". Will not order from them again.

We ordered 10 days dinner tingkat and it was terrible. Food was oily and salty. Menu almost always consisted of something processed like fishball or fried tofu ball. Veg dish was always the same and really did make one hate eating veg. I am glad to have finished the 10 days. The only pro was that delivery was around same time everyday and they followed my delivery instructions well.

This catering service is very weird. They deliver food to my home first before I make the decision for the payment and service quality and request us to pay for 20 days package. Must be careful to decide using this service.

Website indicated that they provide islandwide home delivery. But once we submitted our order, it was cancelled by them as they do not cover our area. We live in the west area, Bukit Panjang. Which we feel is quite unacceptable as it is not inaccessible as compared Sentosa, etc. And if you do not cover certain areas, kindly indicate on your web page and not give a false sense of hope for us as we were anticipating nice food from your team.

From website I understood that they deliver island wide. Made a call to the number as advertised in their "lovely" app. Asked for Stella as advertised by their online app. The call was answered by a hostile "don't bother me" lady who was more keen to put down the phone than trying to get more business for the company. Totally turn off by this caterer service. Lucky I got turned away before making any order.
