★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse customer service. Fail to respond to order despite repeated reminders. Can't speak to anybody in the whole of Thomson except Arlyn, the telephone operation, she fail badly, fail to keep to her promise. She had also invited me to feedback about them to any channel I want.
Totally disappointed with their service, had been their customers for year.
