BEWARE OF THIS SHOP & THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!!!! This shop took $900 Singapore dollars for emerald & diamond earrings from my friend & $500 from me for a a white sapphire ring in rose gold. For $85 we had them checked at Nan Yang Gemological Institute, Far East Plaza who informed us my ring was Cubic Zirconia in metal & my friends emeralds were green glass! We were devastated that we had been duped so went back to the shop & requested our money back. Initially they refused stating they had a no return/refund policy regardless of the paperwork from the Institute then said for us to pick another piece of jewellery. After an hour of arguing & threatening to call the police they relented & gave us most of our money back. However took 5% off the totals as we had used cards & refused to refund the money we paid to have the jewellery tested. Therefore I was $50 short & my friend was $70! We told them that this had really upset us & put a real dampener on the holiday however none of the staff were interested in this & neither of us even received an apology.

The owner is VERY nice. yet so nice that he lured us to buy their jewellry. I bought a diamond ring worth 400SGD. Trusting that they are legit. After 3 days, the ring faded. HOW CRUEL THEY ARE TO SELL US A 400SGD FAKE RING?

DO NOT ENTER THIS SHOP. My mother and I were dragged into this shop. My eldery mothers jewellery was removed and held by them as a bargaining tool. I was ordered to run back to our hotel to get my credit card and my mothers cash. My mother was not allowed to leave. Not that she could as they had her jewllery. She was in fear for her safety the entire time I was away as they were demanding more money. After taking $250 cash from me, they then took $1250 from my credit card. They took $1050 Australian from my mother before she got her jewllery back. They gave us same plactic jade that we never wanted or asked for. The word NO was completely ignored. All they wanted was to take as much money as they could from us. We reported this to the Singapore Police. Please if you have the same experience report it.

Purchased so called jade bangle for $550 SGD and shortly after noticed it had a crack. Emailed them without reply, telephoned with no answer. Had jade valued at $50 AUD... WTF
