The water discharge pipe gradient should be lowest point at toilet, but it flowback to the bedroom! Every few weeks Will experienced aircon leaking! What 'good' installation!?? Ask other aircon contractor, if redo needs about 2k!!

Great prices, imperfect workmanship, great after-sales service. I got a system 3 Daikin form them at a very reasonable price. The contractors are not random sub-contractors, as the same guys came down every time. The supervisor, Ah Fuz, is very responsive and when I had an issue with my aircon 5 days after we moved in, he came down that day at 9pm to address my problem. On the ground staff does not have the best command of English but Alex, who I dealt with, was on the whole, extremely responsive and professional. We had a small issue where they scratched our window frames. (they were not cheap). So if you engage their services be wary of the delicate parts of your house and protect accordingly.

Used their aircon installation service twice. 1st time for my own residence and 2nd time for my parents' residence. There was a mix-up of wiring between 2 out of the 5 indoor units initially at my residence but they were very responsive and come back to fix the issues with no questions asked. While they were here, they also took their own initiative to clean the 2 outdoor units (with their compressed air tank) which are not usually accessible easily by home owners for cleaning. Reliable, with good workmanship. No issues with the units so far for more than 2 years. They tried their best to clean up after themselves after the installation, even though the whole place is relatively dirty in the midst of other concurrent renovation works.

Terrible service. Do not engage jex aircon. I purchased 3 units of mitsubishi starmex from them back in november 2018. Did our regular servicing and maintenance. Recently it started to break down. So we first tried to resolve it by pumping gas. However within 2 weeks, same issue resurfaced. When contacted again they blamed it on the agent that did the gas pumping. It is obviously an error either with the aircon units or workmanship. Without even bothering to assist, their respond was that warranty is over and to find out whats the issue we have to pay them transportation fee $80-$100. What a joke. Your product breaks down less than 3 years and we have to pay to find out whats the issue. I have checked with many aircon service provider, aircon breaking down within 3 years with regular servicing and maintenance is unheard of. Rather than assist to fix the issue, all JEX cares about is making more money out of you. Don’t bother with them.

Engaged them on Dec after seeking second opinion from them as first air con contractor were not prof. They are responsive, not pushy and prof. Workmanship is good. Everything is went smoothly. Timeline is perfect too

I highly recommend Jexcon. Got my Daikin System 3 installed on jul 2. The price was competitive. The supervisor Mafuz is very knowledgeable. Explained the pros and cons of Daikin and Mitsubishi. I decided to go with Daikin to replace my Mitsubishi starmex inverter. Workmanship excellent. This is my 3rd installation because the first 2 installers did a lousy job and I had Aircon issues for many years. This time I see a huge difference in the material used and the quality of installations. It's still early to say but I feel good about the whole experience.

Engaged them to replace my system 4 unit last august. After 6 months, refrigerant runs low. They get me to call Mitsubishi to check, and no issues were found. So, I call them up to get them to come and check leakage and the workers was quite reluctant when they are here. They just let the pipe water drips everywhere without even bother to cover. After bubble test and nothing found. Got no choice but to top up refrigerant for the time being. Then the gas runs low again after just one month. All rooms not cold. Today got a specialist to come and do a good check and found that two blower joints and compressor joints were leaking. That’s why I gave a low rate. Infect, rating should be -one star or more. So, engaged them at your own risk. Now they try to push it to me because I used back existing piping.(which I already anticipated) Alex, what a joke! The coldness and the day your guy come and top up is totally different. Just admit your guys do a lousy job, 5 joints are leaking and you said leak detector not accurate? Why don’t you tell that to Mitsubishi? Their technician used that too. Don’t worry, I won’t call you to pay me the repair cost. Hahaha…..find a good excuse next time will you? Latest update! 13/06/2022 Aircon is running fine so far after the fixed that cost me $400. Setting at 23degree still cold and nice. Guess Jex has got nothing to said now, but I guess the boss still think that is my piping causing the problem…hahaha Hope this review save consumer some money and trouble. Quote of the day: Owned up if it’s your mistake, it will help you improve instead. Don’t be arrogant and only to hide in the well when your mistakes surfaced…
