★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I engaged Jiajia cleaning. 2 weeks ago, she allocated an auntie to do cleaning but she don't know how to use vacuum cleaner, she don't have energy to even carry pails. When she vacuum, she only clean the open areas. She will avoid places like under bed, corners. My bathroom before and after cleaning has no big difference, water stains on mirrors is still there. She told my MIL that dining table don't require to wipe since we are going to have lunch later in the afternoon. WTH!
Today is supposed to be the 2nd cleaning service. Best thing happened. The cleaner never appeared at all and I can't find Jiajia too. She did not respond to messages, her mobile is off. So I guess that's it. I won't recommend my family and friends to use her.
