Best Dry cleaner in Singapore

I took my suit in last week and was GUARANTEED it would be ready by today as I had said I was flying out of Singapore early tomorrow for my sisters wedding (I am a groomsman) Went to the shop today and was told suit wouldn’t arrive until tomorrow. It was clean but was still at their factory and the factory was closed for today. We tried getting access to the factory by calling several people but was told NO ONE in the country had keys to the factory. Apparently all the workers live in Malaysia I am so annoyed and expected much better from JEEVES especially considering their prices are higher than your average dry cleaners. I would not recommend their service at all - Go elsewhere!!

They are packed nicely and evening dresses come in padded hangers in order to preserves the outfits. I would recommend Jeeves to anyone who wants good service and excellent cleaning.

However the lady behind that counter had no sense of customer experience when I dropped off my clothes or when I picked them up. No sense of greeting, or even a friendly tone……..I felt as if I was a burden to her. When I went to pick my items up I was on crutches because of a recent operation. I asked whether she could place them in a bag and all she could say was “in only have a small one” and that if I wanted to have my items folded that I should have requested that when I dropped them off. She didn’t even have a common courtesy of offering to open the outlet door when I left. Not a great experience.

For drop off and pickup, I was served by the same lady who was more interested in the TV show she had on on her phone than doing her job. Being front of house is a difficult job, that I can give it to her. I'm more concerned with the actual dry cleaning. My suit came back with a weird musty smell, and they were not able to remove yellowed stains on the shirt from prolonged storage (damn you covid). I had to do it myself, which defeats the point of sending stuff to them in the first place. I don't see any reason why they're rated higher than any other cleaners in SG.

Dear Jeeves, I am disappointed and frustrated to feedback on the extremely rude and dismissive attitude of your staff at the River Valley Rd shop. Her name maybe Zenny or similar sounding.This is my 2nd visit. My first visit half a year ago was a similar experience and thus did not do my dry cleaning there. After this episode, i am aftaid to say you have lost a customer for good. This is the place you go if you want to be treated in a shoddy manner. This is the place to go if you want to be treated in a disrespectful way and have a staff snap at you. It is shameful that you continue to allow someone representing your brand mistreat customers and not do anything about it.
