No updates about when the helper is coming and agent pushes the blame to airline and even their client. No solution to rectify the problem. Arrogantly demand me to settle her mistake. Not feeling apologetic at all and spoken rudely over the phone. Pushing all the blame to others and not taking any further action. When I requested for the manager to give me a call back the agent Karen can even ask me are you trying to make my job difficult. And till now I did not receive a call from management.

Housework is also satisfactory. As this is our first time hiring a domestic helper we would like to thank Elly for being very helpful and responsive in our queries and giving us advice to find a suitable and reliable domestic helper for our family. Unethical and unprofessional. Wong is worse. Does not have the courage to face issue, just ends the call and avoid subsequent calls. You will be left stranded. Avoid this agency!

Indah has been a great help to our families. No matter how busy she is, she will make sure thgs in her hands are done probably. She is self- discipline, so we can fully concentrate on our work. My 3 kids like her very much , so do the neighbourhood around. Our Agent - Melody has been a great help along the way. She is honest and generous, all documents and fees are very clear and "transparent ". We couldnt ask for more.Whoever need a helper, pls do not hesitate to find them.

Lousy maid. no training, cannot even cook Maggi, don't know how to do housework and break a lot of the stuffs in my house, and slack. When asked why she make spoil, maid denied, said the equipment is alr like this and even dare to smile. Told agent, they couldn't even bother to follow up!!!! and said if u want change, please prepare and pay transfer fees, lodging fees.. etc useless agency.
