Very shady sales tactics employed by this clinic. When I went for a routine scaling and polishing, my total bill came up to be about $180. And this is despite the "promotional price" of $50 for scaling and polishing at that time. During the service, I did not feel well-received at all. I felt I was just another number to the dentist, who wanted to complete the service soonest possible and boost sales. I was quoted $70 for a cavity during my visit, which I could not verify on the spot, nor even given a chance to ask for an X-ray, and after the cleaning, I was immediately given Fluoride gel ($30) to bite on and Chlorohexidine mouthwash ($5) without even a moments' notice to think. I felt that the staff were pretentious and not really caring about their patients, so I really hope they can improve their services and not push products to their customers in the interest of time. All in all, my teeth were clean, but my pockets empty.

I don't like dentist!!! But a tooth ache forced me to see one ? My first contact in Q&M was with Miss Yong, she was efficient and polite, explaining to me all that was necessary. My dentist was Dr Lauren Tho, she was very professional and most importantly gentle. She explained to me everything that had to be done and why. My extraction went well and it was over in no time. Her assistant Miss Hanna was just as amazing, she ensured that everything Dr Tho and me needed was all there. Highly recommend Q&M Dental Surgery.

Just did my wisdom tooth extraction and it was such a pleasant experience! Had to schedule the surgery at Q&M Kovan last minute due to a miscommunication at another dental clinic. The staff members at the clinic were very understanding and accommodating and immediately scheduled me for an appointment the next morning (less than 24 hours from the time I made the call). Dr Lauren Tho and team were very approachable and made sure I was aware of what to expect during the surgery and post-surgery. The experience was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the extraction! My first time here, but it will definitely not be the last :)

The dentist suggested that I do filling for 4 tooth. After she has done the filling she must have over file or shave them off so thin, all 4 tooth became over sensitive. I feel the pain when I brush my teeth, eat and even gurgle my mouth with water. I totally regretted it because they were perfectly OK before she touched it. Well her pocket got filled. I am so mad but it is irreversible.

Currently undergoing Orthodontic treatment from Dr Hanis Could work more on being more customer-orientated. Would always be drenched in sweat as aircon isn’t on during my monthly visits. Service staff were ignorant about it during every visits. Would not recommend for the price customers are paying

Very bad. This Dr Lauren Tho purposely did another X-ray to charge additional fee. Went for wisdom tooth surgery and was told can’t claim Medisave for GST. What nonsense is that? They purposely charge the maximum claimable amount and make you pay for the GST. Very bad sales ethics. The nurse is friendly but the doctor is horrible.

The A great experience with Q&M Kovan clinic. The dentist and staff are very professional and friendly. They have good work knowledge and are able to explain treatments very clearly. Dr. Lauren Tho has manage my teeth fillings very well. Keep up the good work Q&M Kovan team!

Visited this dental clinic for the first time two weeks ago for tooth extraction and it was a breeze. Dr Lauren was great, she fixed my dental problems and I received my dentures today. Fitted perfectly. I am very happy with the overall service and specially thankful to the nursing assistant at the front counter. She was really helpful with a great patient care attitude. Will move my family's dental needs to Dr Lauren for sure.
