I bought some chwee kueh today for tmr breakfast tmr and was transferring the topping to a separate bowl when I dropped it. I immediately drove back to the stall and wanted to buy more topping but was told they have a rule against selling just the topping. This was despite them recognising me. They insisted it was my own problem that I had dropped it. Terrible inflexible service!
I	Isa Belle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Just went to pack shui kueh with a $50 note. The counter lady with glasses insisted I give small notes. I had to show her my wallet contents and prove I don’t have enough. Then with that annoyed face, she kept yelling and shouting “没得找、没得找” (no change, no change). Honestly, if not for the fact that I’m nearby, I wouldn’t even consider buying.

Bought the set but no one told me can add drinks. Told me to wait for customer before me but when its my turn she just signaled to take the next order together. Lady sounding china at counter complaining about how her 2 day break is broken down not enough rest. If that is the case perhaps time to change staff with better service likely will have better income and translate that to ur staff maybe? Pity the sounded like singaporean auntie working with her.

I	Ivy Lock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chwee Kuey is nice but 2 staffs working there are so rude. We were asking how much is the dumplings and its $5.50, so my husband was just telling me its expensive. And the staff give us a mocking laugh and wanted to walk away. But I still want to order the chwee kuey... If you ask for chilli to be separate, they will reply you rudely the extra charge and when you say then forget it, they also give a black face. It will be hard if you want to order and share with your kids.

What's more the auntie staff there got a very horrible attitude and they demand for exact change and tell u don't buy if no change. This will be the last time I visit this shop.
