Value for money and a decent package as a whole...but that's about as much as praise to the stall. Charsiew was nice with charred bits but a bit dry. Noodles were a disappointment as it was not springy like it should be. Wonton and Shui jiao was nice in terms of its fillings with generous bits of prawn in the latter but the skin was too thick. Worth having if the wonton stall at Empress food court is closed but otherwise I would prefer to go for the bak Chor mee just across of it.

The dumplings are delicious, bouncy and very very tasty. You can see big prawns in it. The 水餃 are very good for hawker standards. the noodles are just average, could use a bit more flavour. Over all, a good try

I had found the wanton mee stall with that old school taste which is hard find this day. You'll have to go and taste it yourself.

Ordered dry Charsiew Wonton Noodles $4. It was almost perfect! Noodles springiness … 5. Soup … 5. Wontons … 5. Char Siew … 4. Gravy … 3. The gravy was rather salty. As i had ordered dry with chilli, I couldn’t tell if the salt was from the sauce itself or the chilli sauce mixed in.

The noodles were not overly oily and they gave generous portions of noodles for $5. The char siew were a tad dry but it is probably because of the cut they used. The char siew were very lean. The wantons were steam and soaked with a lighter broth soup. Not overly salty and doesn’t have the after taste of MSG.

I think $3.50, they are do better. Looking forward to a better in quality and quantity for the noodles. The dumpling is great, please maintain or better.

One of the old school noodle places left. The sauce is the darker sort (like KL style) and their prawn dumplings really stand out. They sell a plate of veges for just $2 and I always add vegetables to my noodles.
