Jian Li Prawn Noodle - 56 New Upper Changi Rd

Kudos to the 3 young men! Very satisfying bowl of prawn noodles with huge portion of noodle, fresh prawns and most importantly excellent soup. I've tried many other supposedly famous and tasty prawn noodle but they pale in comparison after trying this today. Not to mention the young server is very friendly when we ask some questions on their operating hours etc. Will definitely be coming back for more

Very normal bowl of prawn noodle. Dun understand the high review but today might not be their best day. Service was very good though.

Taste is above average. the prawn is fresh, soap is tasty and noodle is well cooked. what's more? its value for money! My forth visit.

A taste of nostalgia. Ordered the $6 assorted noodle soup in hopes to get a taste of everything. Soup is flavorful with a simple taste of ghee, shallots, sweetness and fragrance of the pork bones that brings me back to my childhood memories. Personally for me, I'd still prefer soup base with a knockout punch of umami but this is positively something else. Generous portions of pork ribs which could be just a little more tender, pork slices, and I must say the pork intestines are ON POINT. For $6, this is the most value-for-money bowl of noodles considering it's variety, taste, portion and speed. You can however also get the standard bowl at only $3, a price that you can rarely find these days. Kudos to the 3 young lads running this stall, taking hawker culture to the next generation. Will definitely be back for the dry version.

Friendly young hawkers. Huge portion and lots of liao. $5 gets you bits of everything in the bowl. Love their sauce concoction- spicy and umami! As good as any other decent prawn noodle stall. Keep it up young men!

Can’t deny a fulfilling bowl of prawn noodle with great taste on chilli paste and noodle texture. The soup needless to praise further. Would highly recommend

Truly the best prawn noodle! At $3 there is 2 whole fresh prawns, not those measly halved prawns. It also comes with a generous portion of meat. The soup was also another main reason why I love it (in photo I didn't pour all of it yet) - it is just nice (you will know when you try it). We tried their Pork Rib Noodle as well and you can never get such good ingredients at the same price, same taste. Recently they had Satay Bee Hoon as well and we loved it too! Manned by 3 young guys, but the stall starts selling from very early morning, so you gotta go over before lunch time. Best prawn noodle. Always happy to come back for more!

Finally had a chance to try this stall as it’s usually sold out by the time I arrive after 12. Nice prawn noodles. I ordered the dry version with mixed ingredients - intestines, ribs and prawns. Overall it was a very good dish of prawn noodles but the star was the broth. Well balanced taste with a strong flavour of prawns yet has a nice sweetness after taste. Will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend ? Need to come early to get this fix.
