★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique Jiang Su restaurant in Singapore. You feel like you are eatkng in Jiang Su. 盐水鸭 (Duck cooked in brine) is flavourful while 孜然羊排 (Roasted Lamb Rib with Cummin) is soft and tender. The deep fried quails are good as well. The beancurd stew is the runaway winner of this meal. Its just plain beancurd with abit of veggie but there is this smoky aftertaste which makes it very special. Beware of the large portion though I will order it again on my next visit!
