This company came up on search as an academic distributor of Apple products for Singapore. Little did I know that it's not so difficult to go directly to the Apple website and get an academic discount. Save yourself hours of frustration and angst and avoid this company at all costs. Want more details? Read on... The order placement was straightforward- not too bad, right? It's easy to clone a basic e-commerce gateway. The trouble started when I clicked "order". Yikes, there is no payment gateway- I get an email confirming my order and a sketchy request to send a PayNow to fulfill the invoice. After sending the payment and then emailing various methods of confirmation (screencap, bank ref's, etc) I receive- nothing. Nada, zilch. I check my account with the company and it's like I didn't even exist- which doesn't make sense because I definitely made an account and got an email confirmation. After a reasonable few days had passed over the weekend, I decide to call them up. For the customer service experience alone, this company should be shut down. In the subsequent 2 hours of my work day, I found out waaay more than any customer should care about how JK Tech is organized and how the orders are processed. It's a mess- no one talks to each other, the academic portal orders are keyed in BY HAND and don't reconcile with finance until days later. The worst part was that customer service doesn't seem to know that they work in customer service. Calls are answered with "hello?" like, who are you and why are you calling me? Service agents regularly drop the calls if your problem is too frustrating to think about and no one seems to be able to listen properly. 90% of my experience consisted of someone talking over me and giving "this is not my department- it's THEIR fault" excuses, followed by lengthy explanations about how the company is organized. OMG- I'm just a customer- I DON'T FREAKING CARE! Finally after sorting out that they did in fact receive my money, I go on happily to NOT receive my product for an additional 4 WEEKS. Both Apple and Lazada can deliver in 5 days- even with the academic discount. After another wasted morning of chasing down service reps that seem to have interminable lunches, I decide to cancel my entire order and go with Apple. Along the way I get even more explanations about how the company works. At this point I think I could be on the board of directors. Obviously JK makes the bulk of their business doing something other than direct customer sales, but to have this division serving the academic community executed so poorly with clearly inferior offerings is simply an insult. I'd say that the SEO that served this steaming pile of excrement as a viable e-commerce platform should also be put to trial for crimes against decent consumers. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Bought a 24" refurbished Lenovo ThinkVision monitor. Impressed with the of refurbishment, including packaging and prompt delivery. Customer-focused in the after sales care as well. Definitely gonna revisit them the next round, keep it up!!

I had recent dealing with this team in April, 2022 and simply amazing service. Bought x2 refurbished Lenovo ThinkVision T24i-10 monitors but x1 had display issue and was quickly replaced next working days. Monitors looks new only the stand slight blemish & fine un-noticeable lines. On whole, is worthy valuable purchase. Thumbs Up too for replacement delivery service. Thanks!
