terrible service. bought batt and charger from them, item had warranty. item spoiled, came back to claim warranty, auntie thinks im out to scam them, said lots of nasty stuff. told me 'i hope never to see you again' i dont think this is how you do business, if you offer warranty on a product, please have the integrity to honour it.

Excellent shop to find "tactical" items. The grandma knowledge on the equipment and gadgets is superb!

I have bought from them twice. The items that I have bought; CRKT CARSON M16, Cold Steel Recon, two camelbak chute bottles, some pouches, Nitecore 45 Lumen, Nitedize key rack. I gave them five stars for their immediate response and availability (next day collection or delivery). I look forward for newer EDC items. I think they can have more up to date items or newer ones, such as the wallets, belts, Paracord keychain and watches (This year, I am using a Dango wallet, a Nodus Compact Coin Wallet, Trayvax belt, K2 peak Paracord and Seiko 5 SNK809)

Went to the shop. They have a sign outside saying buy online only. They did not allow anyone inside. Their online store delivery is super quick though.

Hock Gift Shop, one of the many magical places hidden in industrial buildings. Super friendly family business where they let me try everything before I buy. Modded my Condor Frontier Elite backpack with two molle side pouch attachments, for GPS/camera and water bottle. Grabbed cute patches to personalise too! ???

Avoid visiting the shop at all cost, the aunty is rude. Went to buy a mess tin for my son's school camp event. Cannot enter, so you stand outside the gate and tell the aunty what you want. Long story short, requested to have a look at a mess tin with cover, she opened it then blamed me that it's difficult to close. Duh... Why put the blame on me?

A gift shop was supposed to be pleasant place but I was greeted with hostility as if I wanted to rob the shop. Oh well, it's up to us whether to wake up and choose destruction or kindness. I happened to choose the latter (pretty rare of me), and surprisingly the old lady became less rude to me. I walked away with my purchase feeling good.

This shop has been around for as long as i can remember. Although not as popular as then black tactical (overpriced) and the almighty beach road market, they do sell army stuff as well as adventure accessories including CCA needs. Although some reviews had been poor due to the notorious 'auntie' at the shop, i think we cannot blame her as she is just protecting her business. Make sure to call / whatsapp for your queries. I believed the son is managing the hotlines and he is a darn pleasant guy to talk to. They may not be the cheapest but i assure that they are conducting the business based on trust and they have been patient answering all my queries about certain products not knowing that I will be able to commit the purchase. I usually know what i want to buy and i always buy them online. Delivery has never been more than 3 days as they are quick to fulfil orders and using Qxpress. Support our local heroes!
