They fixed my“ugly" colored hair which was done from a previous saloon on my first visit and they never disappoint me whenever I visit the saloon. One of the best saloon I have been so far in the north area. They were not so pushy for sales but they gave the best advise and you can trust them to give you the best result! Overall: Great service together with friendly hairstylist. Highly recommended Thanks FS for the professional and friendly service. Will definitely visit again.

Definitely a good place for your hair needs! Professional stylist which i have followed for years. Especially Hair Stylist Kent Teo, Nice and experienced young chap. He offers good recommendations and i always love the outcome of his suggestions! Though my hair is so frizzy and curly and too hard to handle, he always did until so perfect until i cannot 'hiam'! I was informed by the hairstylist (I will name him as A) yesterday that I could walk in and does not need to make any appointment since I'm just having a haircut. Today, apparantly, I was the first one to reach before the salon open. A was on time and I assumed that he will assist me. But, instead he went to smoke with one of his regular customer, this took roughly 5 to 8 mins. The female hair stylist went to serve one of the customer (I assume this customer make an appointment). From what I've observed, she has been trimming this customer's hair (same spot) for at least 20 mins. So after A has finished smoking , he has assisted a female patron to trim her fringe. This took roughly 5 mins. So I thought, it should be my turn now for my haircut. But to my disappointment, A went to serve the customer that he smoked with earlier on. This took roughly 25 mins for cutting and dying of hair. At 1102am, a female patron entered the salon and I presume she has make an appointment at 11am. She was told by A to sit first. After dying the hair for his regular customer (smoker), A went to assist the female patron who has entered at 1102am. This is intolerable and unprofessional. A was the one who told me that I don't need to make any appointment yesterday and i could just walk in today at 1030am. So is he going to serve all the customers with appointment first and make those who walk in to wait?

Thank you Hairstylist Zavier (not sure if it is the correct spelling) did a good job for colouring and doing highlights for my hair! I constantly told him that i want the highlights to be more obvious and stand out, he created a look that i really wanted with a tinge of ash colours added to it. The salon atmosphere is always very cosy, so it is really comfortable to go there for your hair services. Great gem located in a neighbourhood!

I want to thank Lyna for colouring my hair so beautifully!! It was done without bleach and the exact red i wanted was achieved. Highly recommend this place as they are very patient and will slowly explain to you how to take care of your hair, and go the extra mile to serve your hair needs :) once again, thank you Lyna!!

Jessica did an excellent job in achieving the colour and highlight that i wanted. She gave suggestions about which colour will go well with the hair highlights. Thank you Jessica for giving me a fresh look! The staff here are also always very bubbly , keep up the great work! ?
