Koufu is such a big group yet been belittled by a small branch outlet manageress. What a shame

For one person I think it is very costly. Meat charged me $4.10, I did not choose any meat. I choose 2 hotdog and 2 fish balls. Total bill was $8.35

My 18yo daughter loves egg tarts. She find yours not too bad but SWEETNESS is high. Can tone the sweetness down ?

New, clean and spacious. Plenty of good food....

Poor Management and education of staff, as a cleaner staff can spit on the floor at Punggol Plaza during Covid period and just walked away. Strict action should be taken as such case will be reported to authority

Westmall koufu. Yu kee duck rice stall served meat that has turned bad. Stallholder was not apologetic at all.

- Clean environment - Unhygienic and unpalatable food: tried the food from the drinks/dim sum stall and those were absolutely horrendous to consume. Multiple hair strands were found in the noodles ordered there. - Stalls that served food which are usually open in other food courts were closed here in the morning so limited food choices. - Poor quality drinks as well. Who serves more sugar than water in a cup... Meesiam was disgusting. Blend with some sprinkled hair for extra noodles! Dim sum was also atrocious. Fan choy was as dry as the Sahara desert. Egg tarts were totally left out overnight, those tasted absolutely disgusting, expired and downright tasteless. Milo is recommended for those who love a milo dinosaur. Milk tea is just condensed milk flavoured tea. Get it if you want diabetes! Coffee was thankfully, still acceptable. The only thing going for this right now would be how clean the tables are, but I don't see how this would remain for long if the standard stays the same.
