Told me that I didn't tell him A to Z and because of this I have to pay extra. I don't move house day in day out. They as a service provider knows the right question to ask, but chose to keep quiet and only raise this at the last minute. Terribly rude response when trying to iron out the problems and even hung up. If I can give them zero stars I would.

If condo management does not allow to park truck inside, then they charge extra for pushing items to the truck parked outside(100 SGD charged for me). 2. They also insist that the customer accept all risk of truck parked outside. 3. We had asked for 20 cardboard boxes for packing, paying a deposit and delivery charge for them. When boxes were collected back, they found that 2 boxes were of different type and hence we were not refunded the deposit for them. We do remember that two of them were different when they brought them in, but the owner/manager insists that it is not the case. Future customers should go through all the boxes when they are brought in and make sure that they are of the same type, probably take a picture if any are different and confirm with the owner/manager. 4. In general, the tone of the owner/manager is a bit aggressive. You feel like he is being rude, but that might just be a negotiation tactic or his general way of speaking.

I was quoted $xxx and at the very last minute when they arrived my place, I was told that they will charge additional $100 due to longer distance than expected. Funny thing is, I engaged them 2 years ago (same pick up and drop off location) and this “additional charge” didn’t happen. I guess they were just trying their luck to scam $100 off me. However, they failed because I asked them to leave. They lost a return customer forever. Prior to the scam, they changed timing twice and eventually still arrived late. I really think anyone considering to engage them to think twice. Did I also mention, I was shouted at very loudly over the phone by the guy during this whole cheating saga. Talk about customer service? Joke. They don’t deserve 1 star, they deserve 0.

Many of them didn't reply, those that did were not available. Johnsion was very prompt to reply, and I thank them very much. I paid in cash and I will definitely call them again in the future.
