★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a piano for my kids. Uncle Eric makes sure everything is in place before delivering the piano to us. The kids are really happy playing with the piano.
No relations, I prefer to use Uncle as the advices and experiences Eric provided is like a senior to first time buyers like us.
Even when my wife bombarded him with questions after the purchase, he still continues to be patient in answering all of them.
Anyone looking to buy a reconditioned piano, look for Zadok Music!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Eric is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He played a few pianos to demonstrate and explain some technical and functional aspects. Bought a Yamaha U1H. It is very well-conditioned. Prompt delivery (3 days after I've purchased it). My son is very happy and excited when it arrives today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sceptical reading the online reviews about Zadok and its owner Eric. But decided to visit as I felt new ones are too heavy investment for my beginner kid.
Eric listens to my needs and do not upsell. He explains and demo by playing on the pianos patiently for me to compare.
I decided to buy piano from Eric for a few key reasons:
1) Price is very reasonable.
2) Quality is excellent although used. In fact, I do not find them anywhere pale in comparison to new ones. May sound even better.
3) Super fast delivery ie within a week. Kid can start playing immediately upon arrival
4) Excellent service making it a most pleasant experience vs other shops I went to. Only 30mins in the shop and I can feel his sincerity and trust this seller.
Final product delivered looks as good as new even though its almost 30yrs. I am now a happy YUX owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Paco Piano from Zadok for my daughter. We have been trying to get a piano for her for six months, which fits her lesson requirement and within our budget. Luckily, I came across Zadok just as my daughter's old piano was spoilt. As we needed a piano urgently, Mr Eric met us on a public holiday and suggested suitable pianos (within my budget) for my daughter. His insightful knowledge of Piano made our decision much easier and we finally purchased the Paco Piano. Noting the urgency, Mr Eric made immediate arrangement for transportation of the Piano to my place. The piano arrived within 3 days and my daughter managed to use it to practice for the exam a few days later.

The piano arrived very well-polished and the interior very new looking when we opened the lid. Our Kawai looks beautiful and new! Eric not only has the technical knowledge, he understands that the child/owner must choose and love his own instrument!

He played few songs for us to listen to the sound from different pianos. No hard sell
