β β β β β Wanted to order a match soymilk for $2.4 from this jollibean outlet and was charged $3.2 instead for the jollifreeze matcha. Told the staff about it and was informed that I ordered it the wrong way, I should have inform them that I want soymilk latte otherwise they will make it as jollifreeze.
The staff seemz to be unwilling to change my order even when it is wrong and insist that I am the one at fault. No apology was made.
Anyway this is not the first time their staff display poor service quality. It have always been the case and I believe that's the reason why people are not patronising this outlet.
Is this the reason why people are getting away with other brands like Mr Bean?

β β β β β Wanted to order a banana freeze on 19/9 about 11plus in the morning.Was told that no banana available.So cannot do banana freeze.Went on 20/9 about 1pm plus wanted to order a banana freeze again and was told the same thing.No banana so cannot do banana freeze.So instead I wanted to order a classic soy freeze and was told I donβt have ice.Your store doesnβt close at 9.30pm.About 9pm itβs all abandon already.
Wanted to order a banana freeze at 8pm plus and was told we stop selling banana freeze at 8pm liau.Dont know what kind of service or business you are running.Jiatlat.
Was not politely told we are not servicing banana freeze because finish already but got a unpleasant reaction bo liau bo liau on one of the evening.

β β β β β I came a few times and there is only 1 aunty who work in the morning (non-chinese) that knows its products and payment well. Importantly, she is friendly. The rest sometimes give me the wrong order which is still bearable for me since it is not very expensive item. BUT what make me super upset it that the staffs who does not know its products and payments method well, still has the face to scold customer. The management clearly has to give more training and select the right person to be at cashier to serve.
