You have multiple drinks sitting on the counter waiting to be served with just 1 staff trying to manage taking orders and packing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hire more staff.. was told 20-30minutes waiting time, end up wait close to 1 hour. Furthermore, the poor girl handling the cashier+order taking had to handle distribution of drinks. End up the drink sit there for a good 5minutes before it’s given to the customer. When received already watery..
To the boss: You are making huge revenues already.. If you want to handle so many customers and earn even more, please hire more staff or improve your processes. Also, clearly your staff are overworked.

Queue is super long 30 mins only to ask the wait time is 50 mins would you still want to order ? If the wait time so long maybe put a sign up?
