★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just yesterday 2 aug 2021 i went to buy jollibean at lavender mrt station. Your staff is an aunty. i ordered the purple sweet potato soya. I ask aunty if have sugar added or not. She did not answer. I then said sweet or not sweet. She say sorry i dont know english. So disappointing to know she could not answer customer's queries. Please teach her basic english.anyway the drink i bought is tasteless as aunty did not add sugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Jollibean @ ntuc fair hub , joo koon outlet . Wanted to use Shopee pay for my purchases but was told by the sales staff that if I use shopee pay , I will not be able to enjoy promotional price.
She suggested that I use Fave pay or Pay wave or other payment methods in order to enjoy promotional price.
As I have already bought the shopee voucher , I have no other better alternative but to use shopee pay ( with non promotional price) .
If I understand the seller's point correctly, using shopee pay will not be entitled to discounted price !
I left the stall with disappointed, confused and s sense of being cheated . If what the seller said is true , will not use shopee pay when visiting Jollibean !
Last visit was Wednesday , 3rd Nov 2021 , Jollibean outlet at NTUC FAIR HUB , around 12.45 pm .
