the customer service is horrendous! made an order at 9am in the morning for delivery between 2-6pm the same day. at 12.20pm, received a text message that the delivery will be delayed til 7-10pm due to their supply issue. told them the new time slot is not ideal coz this is meant to be a get-well-soon gift which means my friend is unwell & will have to rest early. they replied to say will get back to me. waited til 3pm but no update. texted them again & only to get the same 7-10pm reply. no other alternatives are offered. i asked to speak with someone, again no reply. i had to call their land line. again, same reply. in the end, i told them to change the delivery til the next day instead. again, no expedition of the delivery is offered & the same “will try” response. my friend only received the flowers close to 1pm the next day & the arrangement is not like what was on their website. overall, an extremely disappointing & frustrating experience. the response time & service recovery is atrocious!! as a customer, i am being penalized for a mistake by the company and they offered no solutions or help at all. i will definitely not have any more dealings with this company in future. will not recommend to any of my contacts too.

Im a fan of their bloom box flower delivery. the flowers are delivered right on time, and are fresh and long lasting! if you are looking for free flower delivery, their flower box is your best bet.

Flowers are pretty. Delivery arrived late for my friend's birthday. Supposed to arrive btw 2 to 6pm. Arrived at 8pm. Tried to WhatsApp n call but no response as Sat evening 6pm. Was worried that my delivery was missed. Could improve on timeliness n responsiveness to give customers a peace of mind.

Great product, bad service. Ordered for 7-10pm slot and the delivery came super early at 1.45pm, which is even outside of their available time slots 9am-1pm and 2-6pm. Delivery guy called recipient my wife and told her could only leave it at doorstep, extra charge for redelivery. Thankfully the flowers were still fresh, and still there, when we came back around 4pm. The flowers were high quality and very beautifully arranged, classic size had enough flowers to fill the whole box and absolutely worth the price. In short, fantastic florist, terrible logistics.

Picked up a bloom box for my best friend last week, and she loved it! Super happy with how convenient it was to order flowers online. Will come back for more!
