Best Vietnamese restaurant in Singapore

S	Sean Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this cafe in Joo chiat serving Vietnamese Bahn mi and drip coffeee. Apart from that, they also have a seperate breakfast menu that consisted of those banana leave wrapped nasi lemak, toasted bread and soft boiled egg. Not sure if it is available for the entire day. For bahn mi, they 6 different options to choose from and prices starts from SGD$5.80 onward. Choose the classic chicken cold cut with homemade chicken pate. The bagutte was nicely toasted. The exterior was crispy and the interior was soft. Taste wise, it was pretty good. Could do with a little more fillings. Overall, pretty good dinning experience, staff were friendly. I believe this place does not served pork nor alcohol but i am not sure if they are halal certified yet.

The Banh Mi is one of the best one I ever tried, the French toast is crispy outside and soft inside. We ordered a honey glazed chicken thigh with homemade chicken pate and a grilled lemongrass beef patty with hoisin sauce, both taste wonderful, the meat is tender and well marinated too. A must to have to go with the Banh Mi is the Vietnamese coffee. Looking forward to return to try the other options. Not to forget, the service staff is friendly and provide good service too!
W	Wing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience. It gives me the reminiscing feeling of having street food in Vietnam. Food wise, the quality was okay, not bad but quite pricey. The Vietnamese coffee is good tho. But the banh mi is normal. So just go for once is okay. Btw the half boiled egg only being served before 10am. Better go early to catch that.

I got the Earthquake Banh Mi because I wanted an all in one and it is so tasty and amazing. The bread is so soft on the inside, so lightly crisp on the outside and it held the massive amount of filling with such grace it’s almost invisible in the mouth. When I took a bite I taste all the goodness of the juicy meat combo, veggie crunch and superb sauce with just a hint of bread. Crunch, crisp, juices and spice. It’s an explosion of textures in your mouth. Wow. Damn super shiok.
H	Hans Sutanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their grilled chicken banh mi and it was really flavorful! Not much of grilled flavor but it's quite sweet and really fragrant. The baguette is really crispy and very filling with generous amount of chicken meat.

They did their best to make sure tables were cleaned once customers left and help bigger groups find a seat. The sandwiches are not the authentic Vietnamese version but they have already stated that in their menu. Sandwich Saigon opposite i12 had a better banh mi but this place trumps them on everything else.
C	Christabel Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, a great brunch/lunch spot for flavourful banh mi. Their bread is really the star of the show — warm and toasty while perfectly soft on the inside. We enjoyed the honey glazed grilled chicken (#2 on menu) to the point where it made the other one with fish pale in comparison. The iced drip coffee ($4.80) was nice too. Very strong just as how I like it. Would definitely be back a second time.
