★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Joydom for many many services since end 2020. Basically, if something goes wrong in my house I just what’s app them and they’ll send someone over, usually within a couple of hours. They have a big team so depending on the job, the relevant people will show up. They’re all very friendly and efficient and so polite. Every single one of them is so kind and helpful.
Price-wise, It seems reasonable for the services provided. Anyway, I’m happy to pay because they have a good attitude. Rather than pay less and have to put up with nonsense.
I highly recommend them. They’ve saved me on many occasions. The most recent this morning when I woke up and found two-thirds of the house without power. Joydom sent a team within two hours despite it being a Sunday morning, and they spent another two hours rectifying what turned out to be a rather large problem.

Uzzal and Shafiq provided quality work and attention to detail, and not only shaved the door, but also varnished it and touched up the damaged doorframe.
Highly recommended, as we have engaged them twice already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a home renovation project with joydom for the past 6 weeks or so. Started with a modest scope of painting and varnishing. Expanded to include tiling, decking, fencing, electrical and plumbing work as well as aircon work. The joydom team was consistently professional and efficient. The work quality was solid and the crew was courteous and hard working. Communication with the ops manager was prompt and smooth. Overall very positive experience and definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a 3 room flat partial renovation with Joydom. Nandan and his team did a good job in changeover of my mum's old flat into a nice flat. Huiting from the office always respond to me even late hours and always polite. The quotations are detailed and clear - reduce misunderstanding. They also have a big team so can respond fast to renovation or small jobs. As most ID firms are only interested in carpentry and full reno package, its not easy to find firms that are willing to do partial renovation or al-la-carte style. I like that they are professional and respond fast. Quality is good. I did whole house painting, change all electrical and plumbing to new, change all toilet fittings such as WC, sink, toilet doors, chemical washing, clearing of kitchen drainage, some hacking works. Will update with more photos later on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an old American manufactured wood table by Remington Rand that got on a film set and was sourced from a nuns’ convent that I painted over 18 years ago. I wanted to bring it back to wood and when they did it was really stained and marked up. Hosen and his team of pros were able to salvage it and refinish it beautifully. Pro job my them all and thankful to have this table back to the best glory it can continue to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I recently used Joydom for a full home interior re-painting and found the workers to be punctual, committed and very careful with their work. They took care to remove fittings from the walls before doing wall painting and then to restore the fittings to the same places afterward. Fittings that could not be removed were covered appropriately. The floors and other furniture were also carefully covered as shown in the pictures. After that the workers cleaned up thoroughly and were polite and courteous throughout the session.
They also assisted with mounting a TV on the wall. The job was well done.
Before this, I've been using Joydom for aircon servicing and general repairs for a few years now and the service has always been professional, prompt and responsive.
