Not honest and put money interest above customers interest!

Dishonest and unprofessional practices. Doesn't put customer interest as priority.

This is the best maid agency !!! It the first time I'm actually employing a helper , they are friendly , patience and approachable! thanks JPB !!!!

The agency put helper interest above the customer. Just be aware of this point.

Very bad experience with this agency. Engaged helper and did not work out once so changed. After that, got another helper and also did not work out. Refund of the fees took ages and up till today 6 months after returning the helper, still no refund of fees.. Their fees are also higher than comparable agencies.. MOM needs to do something..

Very bad experience with the agency....our first time engaging a helper with this agency and this agency bring us through hell. Firstly, our application not submitted to MOM in details...we have to re-submit our application a few times for approval. They did a nightmare job on the levy matter. They did not inform us that the caregiver must bear the same address so that the former could get a levy concession. When questioned, they tai chee the fault back to us. Claiming that we did not submit the rear of the IC to MOM...what rubbish they are claiming..how can the work permit be approved without the rear of the IC..when we showed the records of the front and rear IC to the agent, she was dumbfolded......LOL...told me tbat if she knew that i am a bad customer she would not accept our application...i should not be even giving a star to this agency...bad attitude, not professional..lousy... not helpful...

Very bad experience. No black and white ask me to call MOM to get them their black and white. Waiting for MOM to get back reply regarding flight ticket for helpers who has yet to finish her contract which only loan period been done to self pay as mutual agreement has been made. According to MOM rule as mutual agreement yes. While waiting for MOM email reply agencies book a flight and proceed using my insurance money. Want to know if without our consent can they do this? Tell me what is a good customer svc from there
