β β β β β Dont fall prey to the indo maid under tis agency. Her name is Diana Purwati. We need a helper urgently to help my mum take care of my immobile dad. She worked 3 days n suddenly call it quits without discussing with us her issues. Vy unstable character, not suitable to work as domestic helper. Might as well go back Indonesia. Agency charged us admin charges n transport, another $300 for the replacement even though not our fault.

β β β β β This agency is only interested in making money. They will not help to resolve when problem arises. Everything is about money and no updates from them when things happen. If you are a proactive person, then engage them, because they are a reaction base company.
The maid given by them have problem.. in the resume say can cook? What do you think of a person who can cook but can dont put water when cooking rice, it so funny...
If there is ZERO star, i would rate them as ZERO star.

β β β β β We employed the maid to help taking care of my mother who use a wheelchair. But the maid refuse to cook proper food as I strutted always cook oily and salty food. After talking to her she said she dnt know how to cook.
We had a replacement maid after that from same agent, but after training her for a few months the maid advised us to look for an older maid to look after my mother and claim that her age 29 cannot take care of old people. She refused to bath my mum in the morning. Tell my mother to call her daughter to bath for her in several occasions.
