★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were obnoxious, guess 600$ worth of products were considered a small purchase. Maybe I need to be slinging around 5000$ to have proper customer service...
Items were good quality, however to get better service have a plan to buy the whole store maybe then you’ll get someone nice to attend to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the easiest place to get to (or find, note it's on the Ubi Ave 3 side) but well worth it if you like the brand and are in Singapore. It's quite large inside and they have a decent range of Dainese products, plus the adjacent room stocks similar high-end bike gear (such as Roland Sands Design). The staff were friendly and applied no pressure, but were onhand to answer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Visits: 1) I came all the way from inaka Japan to shop here. It was REALLY hard to find and kinda of out of the way to get to the actual shop. Its kinda of in a warehouse district tucked away between construction material type shops. Once we got there they had a lot of stock. The guy who helped me spoke really good English. Was super friendly. He knew his stuff. I went looking for riding jeans. He knew every make and make and model and the differences. They had some great deals on last year's stock. I went in with enough cash to buy one pair of jeans. I was able to get TWO pairs of last years stuff with money left over. So its really nice to have knowledgeable staff. We have all been to a store where the people working there didn't know squat about the stuff the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Their Dainese has allegedly been in storage for 3 years. They are no longer the distributor but still sell Dainese stock, and they don't follow lemon law which applies to sales items within 6 months. Know your consumer rights!
2) They provided me the wrong packaged items with the jacket, and had me go back 2 separate times to get the proper items, due to poor communication. No goodwill offer was made for their error.
3) Opinion: Would recommend to buy Dainese from RideLah Pte Ltd instead. Don't buy from JR Pte Ltd! We all know how Mah Motor treats their customers, you may expect something similar from JR as their subsidiary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells Dainese and Furygan riding accessories (jackets, gloves, shoes, riding suit). Good if looking for touring gear on long rides. Prices seem maybe a bit high but sales staff is friendly and it’s an overall nice experience.
