★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was warmly welcomed by Sales Executive, Mr Shawn Tan. He is knowledgeable, polite and prompt. He provided me with real time detailed updates from the begining of my purchase till delivery of the motorcycle.
Its delivered today, 8 Jan 2020. All as per specification. He exceeded my expectation. I am satisfied. He is definitely an asset to Boon Siew Honda Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting disappointed with their expensive bike service. I normally don't mind paying the extra labor cost for peace of mind, but their service is getting worse. I was invoiced with 2 oil filters today. luckily I checked my bill, but have to wait additional almost 1 hour for them to redo the invoice. I was charged SGD120+ for a front brake pad. which is more than enough to get a Brembo outside. That also means that my bike is equally worthy as 160 brake pads, lollllll. BTW, their SOP differs here and there every time. Lastly, the complimentary bike wash. My bike was still visibly dirty at the most surface area after the complimentary wash, equally effective as leaving my bike in the rain. So I went back home and did a bike wash again myself. I think I have to look for another workshop for servicing despite that it will void my bike warranty.

He attended to all my queries professionally and was knowledgeable about bikes, being a biker himself. I walked away from the showroom much better informed to make my purchase decision. Overall a pleasant experience here.
