Unfriendly and unrespectful shopkeeper, wanted to pick my package and being handled harshly

This small Bangladeshi shop below the HDB block near NTU has completely changed my life and has made me feel so much at home. This shop imports fish that are loved by all Bengalis in both Bangladesh and India, and if you're Bengali, you'll know how important it is to eat the right fish for your mental satisfaction. They import Bengali favorites like Rohu, Katla, Ilish and Chingri, but even has the dark horses like Pabda, Tengra, and Koi. The Rohu and Katla are of decent weight (above 3 Kg), and hence the fish tastes sweet, has longer bones and the belly (পেটি) has the right amount of fat. The Ilish quality is also very good. The mutton is also of very good quality and much cheaper than what you get in supermarkets. The owner is an extremely nice person, and he cleans the fish, along with the scales, and you can also ask him your preferred cut of mutton. If you're Bengali and live around Jurong West, do not give this shop a miss.

Could say one of the lousiest shopee collection point. Went and collect and was told the "shop owner" not there. I cannot get the parcel, ask me to come again. So whats the point of having the collection point when we need to based on their timing and not ours?
