โ โ โ โ โ Facilities do not cater to female co-founders or entrepreneurs. First, male toilets have showers but not female toilets. Sports facilities too: street soccer area is mainly for males.

There are some established S.I. providers which are also housed in this area.
A good place which offers pretty low or cheap office space cost for starting a new business for startups. An ideal place to kick start your business if you're an aspiring entrepreneur.

โ โ โ โ โ It is located near one north mrt station and is about a 5 minutes walk from the mrt station. It is easily accessible with a food court nearby. There is a football court and a basketball court on the ground floor which provides good community bonding experiences and locations for production companies to film their basketball scenes here. Overall a decent place however it does have shelter so it can get quite hot in the afternoon sun.
