โ โ โ โ โ Ordered online, waited for 45mins and missed my order. Called kebab faktory (Ayer rajah) and faced an extremely rude staff saying it was not his fault and was the system. My purpose of call was not exactly fault finding, but to find out when can I receive my order. First and last time ordering from kebab faktory.
Try this at your guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered through grab, estimated time of arrival was 5:30-5:50 pm. At 6pm, they still havent started preparing the order. Gave them a call and the staff was rather rude. He said that they never receive the order.

โ โ โ โ โ Drove there all the way just to get disappointed because they close at 7pm instead of 10pm as described. Not worth to try
Update: the owner asked me to send a message over WhatsApp, which I did. He/she asked for my home address to send some food as a gesture. I sent my address and never heard back from him/her anymore. Kinda shady

Chicken tikka wrap $10 - chicken was extremely dry, ordered no onion but it had onion
Baklava $2.5 - insultingly small portion, the layer of nuts was super thin. Overpowered by sweetness til no other flavor

โ โ โ โ โ What a pity. For a so-called "large" hummus & pita, the serving is embarrassingly small, & ridiculously priced. The cup it was served in wasn't even filled up, not even half. Sauces tasted good though, but the hummus serving size really disappointed me.
