A place to finds spares for yr household appliances. Quite reasonable pricing

The steamboat I bought stopped working after it was used 5 times immediately following the purchase. The contact number 67430911 has never been answered. I am highly doubtful about honesty of this company

Make very poor quality applicances, I had 4 fans stopped working form Morris in 2 years, Dont want to touch this brand

worst experience ever. Visited the place early this week due to my faulty induction cooker, being told to bring over to their service centre. When I reach there, no one tell us what to do as they all busy with their work, and we approach one middle age lady, shoukder length hair, wore spectacle who sit inside customer service office. We approach her friendly and ask her where should we go regarding our faulty induction cooker, she stare at us with frowned forehead and say "站外面"， which mean stand outside in Chinese. What a rude lady. And she ask us wait at another side of the store, under freaking heavy rain. I ask cant you grab us a chair we wait here she say cannot. Ask us bring umbrella go under heavy rain, half wet cloths and what we see is very dirty plastic chair. Worst experience ever. Will not buy their product again with this kind of experience.

If I could, I would rate there service "0". Bought 4 units 18" Morries fans and 2 of them are already out of power. These were bought in Feb and April 2021 respectively. Though there is warranty, the way you are treated is nothing like a customer. Poor quality, untrained and insecure front staff not knowing how to handle customers. Refrain from buying their products. I'll share more details via other social platforms to ensure they stand behind their products.

Went for my fan's warranty service. They replaced the motor immediately. Took about 30 mins.
