★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an incident whereby there was a connection issue with the ocbc paynow function on their vending machine. The payment passed thru but the connection failed at the vending machine. This lead to my SGD 7.50 being 'eaten' up.
I contacted Juicy Fresh and after their investigations, refunded me the monies. I would like to applaud their honesty in handling this issue as they could have just easily brushed it off. However they did the right thing and in my opinion is a responsible company.
