★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not sure what's with the negative reviews about refunding. I had to be a little persistent but the company eventually refunded me with 2 snacks after I lost money to the machine. they even mailed the snacks directly to my house. thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote an email to the company after their vending machine took $1.20 from me without dispensing the tortilla chips I bought at their machine at Yew Tee CC on 1 May. I had to put ANOTHER $1.20 before it came out. So I spent $2.40 on a bag of chips which probably only cost $0.80 at a supermarket - the bag was a very small one.
Their automated email reply said they will respond within 24 hours but one week later, they have yet to reply.
Have also complained to the CC management.
It may just be $1.20 but imagine how much profit they are making from these failed transactions and actually how many people bothered to complain?
Not an honest company.
