★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a facial done with wishpro plus. My therapist was Christine. She is detailed and checked on the strength mode a few times to make sure that I was comfortable. Wow! The result from WishPro Plus was immediate! My chin was visibly sharper and facial contour was more defined! Great recommendation Christine ?

Mandy has saved my face multiple times from random breakouts lol and I still go back there once every 1-2 months for maintenance and some much needed me-time. I've bought their packages multiple times and definitely a returning customer! :)

Mandy is very professional and experienced, she knew exactly how to care for your individual skin type. Tried out Jurlique’s ultimate signature renewing facial treatment and could see instant and visible results especially on my forehead area! Certainly more radiant and even skin tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made my first appointment for Wish Pro and Christine was my facial therapist. She's very meticulous and gave recommendations on what I should use. She's very professional, no hard sales. Thorughout the 90 min session, I was able to relax and enjoy the facial. Christine knew I was very tensed up and she even asked permission to loosen my tensed muscles with extra massage. Christine is very cheerful as well. As a first timer, she went through my facial concerns and gave recommendations. After the session, I could see immediate results. My face was glowing and more lifted. Thanks Christine for your time and recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Westgate mall branch is closed, I purposely travelled down to this branch. However, I'm arriving to this, waited for 20 minutes outside and there is still no one. Called them for 4 times or more, nobody answered. So, I ended up opening the door myself & calling for assistance so that I can buy just 2 bottles of essence. The assistant was not happy & told me that they are all occupied with facial. I wanted to use Atome so that I can use my voucher inside. However, I was told that I'm not allowed to use it unless it's more than $500 - this is not stated inside the shop nor anywhere in online platform. The lady didn't bother to explain further on my points claiming too. I was super annoyed and decided to screw it either. Advice, don't visit this branch. After transaction & my meal 1hr later, still no one on sight when I passby. Just go Orchard! Or best, screw voucher & membership, go buy via online if you must use this brand.
