β β β β β Adequate equipments. Most of the plates are full metal instead of those rubber covered plates. I normally come around 530-630pm and it's not so crowded. Nice staff saying goodbye when I leave. Got a KFC at level 2. Good experience overall.

β β β β β Good gym. Relatively spacious. Equipment are relatively new but show signs of use.
Gym has:
1x power rack
1 x standard bench
1x incline bench
2 x 2-20kg free weight dumbbell rack
Cardio machines
Sufficient to do all the major compound lifts.
Peak times: Weekday evenings 7pm onwards but overall still relatively less crowded compared to most ActiveSG gyms.

β β β β β I have been coming here for gym in 2018 for the entire year. The place is well equipped however some of the equipment can be rusty. The place here is quite well lit thanks to the window which exposes the swimming pool right below. Generally this place can get quite crowded some times and you will have to share a particular machine with 3 - 5 people at the peak.

β β β β β Equipment was good albeit limited. Very clean. Air conditioned. Overall enjoyable.
Bench/incline/squat rack. Standard pulling/cable machines. One bicep/triceps machine. Leg curls/extensions/pressing machines are available.
